Shopify Dropshipping 2019 – Why I QUIT

Shopify Dropshipping is NOT dead yet, but it is getting harder. The biggest problem is that dropshippers are copying each other and innovating their advertising.

The lure for easy money is real and sucks in people looking for a fast way to earn money in 2019.

Aliexpress is the main supplier that most people dropship from. Aliexpress is overall a good place to start dropshipping but is not the place that veteran dropshippers stick with.

I spent over 2k testing different products and ideas to figure out what works, finding winners and scaling them is not as easy as it sounds.

The biggest problem with shopify is the capital requirement just to learn the game in order to win. There must be serious money committed to facebook and instagram ads in order to learn how potential shoppers react to your product.

This can be a long process and since most dropshippers use credit cards to fund their ads, they become impatient and give up.

There is still money in the system, but my alternative would be to create a theme page on instagram, build it to thousands of followers and then sell them relevant products!

This can be all done for free without facebook ads and spending money. The only downside is that is takes time.
